Brand Vendor Signup


Thank you for supporting the Wine and Whiskey Walk by vending at this year’s event! Here are the details and requirements for Brand Vending. Fill out the form at the bottom to complete your enrollment.


Must do’s

  • Bring enough samples of each for up to 500 people:
    • 18 min wine bottles per item
    • 8 min whiskey bottles per item
  • must be completely set up by 12:30
  • must vend for entire event – 1-6p

We provide:

  • Advertising and public mentions on marketing, social media, and day of event signage (please provide logos)
  • 8 ft table
  • 2-4 chairs
  • water to rinse
  • garbage receptacles
  • electric service (IF REQUESTED ONLY)
  • ice (IF REQUESTED ONLY)

Bring your own:

  • PRODUCT – we must know the list of products for sampling as soon as possible for our guide
  • SIGNAGE, MARKETING MATERIALS, TASTING NOTES (required)
  • pop up tent (optional)
  • hors d’oeuvres (optional)
  • any other promo materials you wish to display or give out (optional)
